Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chickpeas boiled (ublay huay chanay)
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp green coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)
  • 1 tbsp crushed mint leaves
  • 1 crushed green chili
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taset
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • 2 to 3 tbsp yogurt

    Maam can i use sweet yourgurt or plain?which is good?

      Hi. you can use both sweet or plain yogurt. However, dieticians suggest plain yogurt as you get protein, no added sugar and probiotics that are good for your digestive system. Plain yogurt may taste tart but has obvious benefits. The choice is always yours.
