  • 2 cups chickpeas boiled (ublay huay chanay)
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp green coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)
  • 1 tbsp crushed mint leaves
  • 1 crushed green chili
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taset
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • 2 to 3 tbsp yogurt
