Sieve all-purpose flour (maida) into a mixing bowl and season with salt.
Combine egg, season with white pepper, and mixed herbs or parsley. Mix them well by hand.
Next, add coriander leaves, grated carrot, spring onion (green part), green chilies, and add milk as required. Mix again with your hand. Add a little bit of oil in between.
Continue to add milk and grind to make the dough. Grease it with a little bit of oil. Cover it and let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
Now, knead again. You can add some flour if the dough becomes too soft or sticky.
Dust the rolling pad with some flour. Roll down the dough into a round and thick sheet. Then cut through the edges of the sheet to make snack slices.
Heat oil in a pan and fry on low to medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
Serve with tomato ketchup or any of your favorite sauces.
