Now you can easily make your favorite Sindhi Biryani Masala at home. Follow the easy steps shown in the video to make the biryani masala which can be stored for one to two months when you keep it in an air-tight jar.

  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds زیرا
  • 1 tsp black cumin seeds کالا زیرا
  • ½ piece nutmeg (jaifal adha tukra : جائفل)
  • 2-3 maces (javitri : جاوتری)
  • 2-3 anise stars (badiyan ka phool : بادیان کا پھول)
  • 2 black cardamoms (bari elaichi : بڑی الائچی)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper کالی مرچیں
  • 2 cinnamon stick (2 tukray darcheeni : دارچینی)
  • 7 – 8 green cardamom (choti elaichi : چھوٹی الائچی)
  • ½ tsp clove (laung : لوؑنگ)
  • 2 tbsp kashmiri chili powder کشمیری لال مرچ
  • 1 tbsp turmeric (haldi : ہلدی)
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder لال مرش پاوؑڈر
  • 3 tbsp coriander powder دھنیا پاوؑڈر
  • 1 tbsp salt نمک
  • 1 tsp cloves (laung: لوؑنگ)
  • 1 tsp black pepper corns (sabit kaali mirch)
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds (sabit zeera)
  • 4-5 bay leaves (tej patta)
  • few drop kewra water کیورا پانی کے چند کترے
  • 15-20 dried plums (sookhay aloo bukharay : سوکھے آلو بخارے)
