Reshmi Kabab is a delicious Mughlai dish popular in the subcontinent. It is prepared with minced meat in a patty and is traditionally grilled on the charcoal fire. It is mostly served in restaurants in the barbeque section with Naan, Salad, or Green Chutney.
Reshmi Kabab recipe is usually prepared at special occasions like Eid barbecue party at home after making appropriate arrangements for charcoal fire. However, it can be cooked in a pan as a makeshift arrangement for small parties and family gatherings at home. It can also serve as a hearty appetizer menu item for an Iftar party.
You can make this dish with chicken, mutton, or beef minced meat. I have used boneless chicken cubes in this recipe, used a blender to mix the spices and other ingredients.
