Staying at home for the sake of preventing outbreak of Corona-virus (COVID-19) is indeed trying but we can make it out by simplifying our cooking needs. While sharing with you Potato Triangles recipe, I have tried to do away with my fear and anxiety caused by the disease. Among all other precautions to minimize the chances of contact with disease, eating food outside your home should be avoided. To be more specific, avoid restaurant food and eat well cooked homemade meals. Besides we should ensure hand hygiene by washing our hands with soap or other recommended products.

Moreover, we should all keep ourselves aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak. WHO is doing the wonderful job and updating important information on their website WTO.int. Please visit the website and share information with all so that we can all fight this together.

This is a high time we all should help and support each other. As we may also face lock downs imposed by government, we should look for ways to eat healthy homemade food.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces Potato (Boiled and meshed)
  • Cheddar cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies Crushed (Laal Mirchain Koti Hui)
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper or to taste
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Refined flour (Maida) or egg
  • Breadcrumbs for crispy coating
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Oil for cooking
