Potato is the main ingredient of many vegetable sandwiches and patties recipes. Potato Sandwich as its name suggests is simplest form of sandwich which can be made with less ingredients and short time.
- 2 potatoes (medium sized) already boiled
- 2 tbsp capsicum (shimla mirch)
- 2 tbsp onion
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
- ½ tsp crushed red chilies or to taste
- ¼ tsp crushed cumin seeds (koota hoa zeera)
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- fresh bread slices as required
- green chatney
- mozzarella cheese to taste
- butter for toasting the sandwich on non-stick pan
