Ingredients
  

Potato Balls

  • 2 large boiled potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili or quantity to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour mixed in water
  • 3 – 4 tbsp oil for frying

FOR MANCHURIAN GRAVY

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper or to taste
  • ¼ tsp crushed red chili or to taste
  • ½ cup water or as required
  • 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water
  • spring onion green part

Veg Rice

  • 2 – 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 500 grams basmati rice
  • a handful of spring onion green part
