  • 2-3 crushed cardamom
  • ½ kg mutton
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 2-3 green cardamom
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2-3 cloves
  • ½ tsp nutmeg and mace
  • 1 cardamom
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 medium sized fried onion
  • ½ cup clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic crushed into paste form
  • crushed black pepper to taste (optional)
  • white pepper powder to taste (optional)
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds powder
  • salt if needed
  • mutton stock
  • boiled mutton
  • prepared boiled thickened milk
