Fish Pakora
Ingredients
Marination
- ½ kg boneless fish (Machli baghair kantay ki)
- salt to taste
- 2 – 3 green chilies crushed
- 1 ½ tsp garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds crushed
- 1 pinch carom seeds (Urdu: ajwain)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilies crushed or to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper powder or to taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 pinch orange food color (zarda rang) is optional
- 1 lemon juice squeeze out 1 lemon
- 1 egg
- 3 – 4 tbsp gram flour (Urdu: besan ka ata)
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
