Take three potatoes nicely washed and cleaned.
Peel their skin off and wash again.
Now cut them into as thin as possible slices.
Pile up the slices and cut them into finger sized pieces. Take extreme care while cutting the potato to avoid any injury.
When you are done wash the finger sized pieces and spread them on a kitchen towel.
Heat oil for deep frying. Fry on medium flame until crisp.
Take out on an absorbent paper and then place in a container with lid. Add little bit salt, red chili and chaat masala to your taste. Close the container and shake well to mix.
Crispy potato chips is ready to be served with tomato ketchup.
