Potato Chips


  • 3 to 4 potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • red chili to taste
  • chaat masala


  • Take three potatoes nicely washed and cleaned.
  • Peel their skin off and wash again.
  • Now cut them into as thin as possible slices.
  • Pile up the slices and cut them into finger sized pieces. Take extreme care while cutting the potato to avoid any injury.
  • When you are done wash the finger sized pieces and spread them on a kitchen towel.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Fry on medium flame until crisp.
  • Take out on an absorbent paper and then place in a container with lid. Add little bit salt, red chili and chaat masala to your taste. Close the container and shake well to mix.
  • Crispy potato chips is ready to be served with tomato ketchup.
