- 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic crushed into paste form
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 2 – 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed red chili or to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
