Chicken Egg Cutlets
- 400 grams chicken boiled with salt and garlic
- 1 to 2 eggs hard boiled
- 1 potato boil a large-sized potato beforehand.
- 1 onion small sized
- 2 to 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 1 to 2 green chilies finely chopped
- salt if needed
- ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Frying the Cutltes
- beaten egg for dipping the cutlets
- breadcrumbs to coat the cutlets for a crispy taste.
