Chicken Bun

Course Snack


  • 350 grams boneless chicken small cubes
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (sirka)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp tikkar msala (optional)
  • white pepper (suffaid mirch powder) to taste
  • ½ cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 2-3 tbsp oil to cook marinated chicken
  • ¼ cup chili garlic sauce
  • mozzarella and cheddar cheese to taste


  • 3 cups refined flour (maida)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp sugar
  • tsp instant yeast (khameer)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup warm milk (neem garam doodh)
  • water as required to knead a soft dough
  • 1 tbsp oil or clarified butter
  • sesame seeds



Beaten egg is applied to buns so that sesame seeds can stick to buns before baking.
