To make Cheese Filled Potato Balls, 2 large sized potatoes cut in cubes are boiled and meshed into thick paste.
Take a mixing bowl and add meshed potato in it and add all the seasoning ingredients i.e. salt, black pepper, crushed chilies. Add other ingredients listed below and mix them together.
Grease your hands with oil and start making balls with mozzarella cheese filled inside.
Apply base coating with gram flour and dip the potato balls into beaten egg. This will make them impermeable to extra oil. Then coat them with breadcrumbs for adding crispy and crunchy flavor.
Cheese Filled Potato Balls
- 2 boiled potatoes (large sized)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- black pepper to taste
- crushed red chili to taste
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- mozzarella cheese to taste
- oil for deep frying
- gram flour (besan)
- beaten egg (Potato balls are dipped in beaten egg to make them impermeable to extra oil)
- breadcrumbs (make the balls crispy)
