Vegetable Samosa


  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 spring onion (hari piyas ka sufaid hisa)
  • ½ head cabbage (band gobi ka adha hisa)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum (shimla mirch)
  • ¼ cup boiled peas
  • 2 tbsp boiled sweet corns
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp crushed red chilies
  • ¼ tsp white pepper powder or to taste
  • spring onion green part

Other ingredients

  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • samosa patties as required.
