Veg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 small sized potato boiled and mashed
- 1 small sized carrot grated (gajar kadookash ki hoi)
- ½ cucumber grated (kheera kadookash kia hoa)
- 1 to 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 to 2 tbsp spring onion (hara piyaz)
- ½ cup cabbage grated (bund gobi kadookash ki hoi)
- 1 tsp green chili and mint leaves paste (hari mirch aor poodinay k patay kootay huay)
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp crushed red chili or to taste
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- mozzarella or cheddar cheese as required (optional)
- butter for greasing the pan
Notes
You can also add onion, tomato and capsicum as well.
