Veg Sandwich

Course Snack


  • 1 small sized potato boiled and mashed
  • 1 small sized carrot grated (gajar kadookash ki hoi)
  • ½ cucumber grated (kheera kadookash kia hoa)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 to 2 tbsp spring onion (hara piyaz)
  • ½ cup cabbage grated (bund gobi kadookash ki hoi)
  • 1 tsp green chili and mint leaves paste (hari mirch aor poodinay k patay kootay huay)
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp crushed red chili or to taste
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • mozzarella or cheddar cheese as required (optional)
  • butter for greasing the pan


You can also add onion, tomato and capsicum as well.
