Shinwari Mutton Karahi
- 2 cups water
- ½ kg mutton
- 1 tbsp garlic
- salt to taste
- ½ cup oil or as required
- 4 blanched tomatoes
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds (zeera koota hua)
- ½ tsp crushed red chili (optional)
- 4-5 green chilies
- ginger to taste
- fresh coriander
