Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cheesy Potato Croquette is a lovely side dish to flatter any meal. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 5 days. Use plastic wrap to cover and refrigerate until ready to bake or fry.
You can find many versions of croquettes filled with ground meat, potatoes and other veggies. In this recipe I have wrapped up mozzarella cheese in mashed potato and coated it with crispy breadcrumbs on the outside. Try this recipe and don’t forget to share it with your loved ones.
