Malai Gola Kabab


  • 300 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger crushed into paste form
  • 1 small sized onion fried
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili (laal mrchain kooy Hui)
  • tsp turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds (dhaniya koota hua)
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper
  • ½ tsp whole spice mix (garam masala powder)
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera koota hua)
  • 2 pinches Mace and nutmeg powder (jaifal jawetri)
  • ½ tsp raw papaya powder (kachay papitay ka powder)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream (tetra pack cream)
  • 1 tbsp butter or clarified butter (ghee)
  • oil for frying the kababs


  • 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 8-10 mint leaves (poodinay k patay)
  • 10-12 coriander leaves (dhaniya k patay)
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • little bit salt
