Ingredients
Ingredients for marination of chicken
- 8 to 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- little bit salt
Ingredients for preparing coating flour mixture
- 1 cup refined flour (maida)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- ½ tsp thyme
- salt to taste
Dipping mixture
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- oil as required for frying the drumsticks
