  • 1/4 tsp Nigella seeds (Kaloongi)
  • 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • greed chilies
  • fresh coriander leaves
