Heat oil in the cooking pan and fry garlic until lightly golden.
Add chicken and fry until its color changes.
Season some salt to your taste, paprika powder, crushed red chili, and dried oregano leaves as per above mentioned quantity.
Add vinegar and soy sauce. Stir for a while and with the lid on, cook it on low flame until the chicken is done.
If the chicken is done, remove the lid. Then add capsicum, red chili pepper, and onion.
Roll down the pizza dough into a round shape.
Grease the pizza tray with oil and sprinkle little flour or use a butter paper before arranging the pizza on it.
Poking holes all over the portion of the dough that will hold the toppings.
Set the base for the pizza toppings by spreading pizza sauce all over the surface of the pizza dough.
Add a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Then a layer of chicken and veggies followed by another layer of cheese. Arrange olives and jalapenos on the top and sprinkle some dried oregano leaves.
Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
