Course Snack


  • 2 cups all purpose flour (Maida)
  • 3 tbsp Softened butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 tsp instant yeast (Khameer)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp castor sugar (bareek cheeni)
  • 3 tbsp milk powder (sookha doodh)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup warm milk or as required
  • oil
  • sprinkles for garnishing the donuts.



Dip in chocolate sauce, melted chocolate or sugar glaze.
