  • puff pastry dough
  • sweet chocolate
  • beaten egg

Instructions
 

  • Prepare puff pastry dough.
  • Roll the dough down and cut it into triangular patties.
  • Roll into round pastries filling the sweet chocolate inside.
  • Bake the pastries in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy the Chocolate Croissant.
