Ingredients for Chutney

  • a handful of mint leaves
  • a handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
  • little bit salt
  • 1 to 2 pinches black salt (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tsp water

Ingredients for Kabab

  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic (crushed into paste form)
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp whole mix spice powder (garam masala powder)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric (haldi powder)
  • beaten egg for dipping the kababs before frying
  • breadcrumbs for coating
  • oil enough for deep frying the kababs
