shredding the chicken
- 250 grams boneless chicken
- 1½ cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cloves ginger (lahsan javay)
- crushed black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup spring onion green part
other ingredients used in cooking
- refined flour (maida) for coating purpose
- egg for dipping
- breadcrumbs for coating
- oil for deep frying
