  • cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk powder (khushk doodh)
  • ¼ tsp green cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
  • 1 pinch saffron (kesar) soaked in 1 tsp milk

Mawa Filling

  • 1 tsp butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup milk powder (khuskh doodh)

Other ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • pistachio
