Vegetable Samosa
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 spring onion (hari piyas ka sufaid hisa)
- ½ head cabbage (band gobi ka adha hisa)
- 1 carrot
- 1 capsicum (shimla mirch)
- ¼ cup boiled peas
- 2 tbsp boiled sweet corns
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp crushed red chilies
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder or to taste
- spring onion green part
Other ingredients
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp water
- samosa patties as required.
