Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
- ½ tsp crushed garlic
- 1 onion (large sized) boiled
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp crushed red chilies or to taste
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 2 pinches turmeric (haldi)
- 1 tsp mint leaves paste
- 1 green chili crushed
- 1-2 tbsp green coriander leaves
Veg Filling 2
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (boiled)
- 1 green chili and 1 tbsp mint leaves crushed into paste
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 1 onion (small sized) finely crushed
- ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds (zeera)
- ½ tsp crushed red chilies
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp turmeric (haldi powder)
- ¼ tsp raw mango powder (khatai powder)
- ¼ tsp chaat masla powder
- salt to taste
Veg Filling 3
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp onion
- 2-3 tbsp sweet corn
- 1 cup cabbage (band gobi)
- 1 capsicum
- 1 carrot
- ¼ cup boiled peas
- 1 tbsp chili sauce hot sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
- ½ tsp white pepper (optional)
- ¼ tsp mixed herbs
Veg Filling 4
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (small sized)
- ½ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
- ½ tsp crushed red chilies
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ⅛ tsp turmeric (haldi powder)
- ½ tsp coriander
- ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp dried mint leaves (podinay ke sokhey patay)
- 1 green chili (finely crushed)
- 2 boiled potatoes (medium sized)
- lemon juice to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 onion (small sized)
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 capsicum
- 1 carrot (medium sized)
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper or to taste
- crushed red chilies to taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 stalk spring onion green part
