Mutton Korma
- ½ cup oil
- ½ kb mutton
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 4-5 green cardamom
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 1 glass water
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 onion (large sized) fried and crushed
- 1 tbsp korma masala
- few drops kewra water
- 2 pinches nutmeg and mace powder (jaifal aor jawetri)
- ginger (for garnishing)
