Karhi Pakora
Curry
- 250 grams sour yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric (haldi)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder (dhania)
- 4-5 glasses of water
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 2-3 green chilies
- 5-6 curry leaves (curry patta)
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
- 1 tsp garlic crushed into paste form
- 1 small sized onion
Pakoray
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp crushed red chili
- ¼ tsp coriander powder (dhania)
- ½ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
- 1 green chili
- 1 small sized onion
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves (dhania)
- water as required
- 1 pinch baking soda (soda)
- oil for deep frying pakoray

- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 1 small sized onion
- 4-5 round red chilies (gol laal mirchain)
- 3-4 curry leaves (curry patta)
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
