Chicken Stuffed Bread Recipe
Ingredients
To marinate the chicken
- ½ kg chicken
- ⅔ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp crushed red chili
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- ⅛ tsp turmeric
- 2 piches orange food color
- 1 - 2 tbsp oil
To cook the marinated chicken
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small sized onion
- ½ capsicum
- 1 tbsp black olives
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- warm water as required
- egg
- 1 tbsp milk
