Crepe Roll Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 400 g chicken (boiled and shredded)
  • 1 small sized onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies
  • 1/2 cabbage head
  • 1/4 cup spring onion (green part)

Crepes

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Flour paste (used for dipping and pasting the ends of crepes)

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup water or quantity as required

Other ingredients

  • bread crumbs
  • extra cooking oil for deep frying the crepes
