Malai Gola Kabab
- 300 grams boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger crushed into paste form
- 1 small sized onion fried
- 15-20 mint leaves
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tsp crushed red chili (laal mrchain kooy Hui)
- ⅛ tsp turmeric (haldi)
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds (dhaniya koota hua)
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
- ½ tsp whole spice mix (garam masala powder)
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera koota hua)
- 2 pinches Mace and nutmeg powder (jaifal jawetri)
- ½ tsp raw papaya powder (kachay papitay ka powder)
- 2 tbsp fresh cream (tetra pack cream)
- 1 tbsp butter or clarified butter (ghee)
- oil for frying the kababs

- 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 8-10 mint leaves (poodinay k patay)
- 10-12 coriander leaves (dhaniya k patay)
- 1 green chili
- ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds
- little bit salt
