Mutton Dhaga Kabab
Ingredients
- ½ kg minced mutton (fat included)
- 1 medium sized onion (grate the onion and remove water)
- 1½ tbsp crushed ginger and garlic adrak lahsan
- 2-3 green chilies or to taste
- a handful of coriander leaves (hara dhania)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed red chili or to taste
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder darcheeni powder
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder hari elaichi powder
- ½ tsp Jaifal Jawetri powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric haldi
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp gram flour besan
- 1 tsp almond powder badam ka powder
- ½ tsp fennel seeds saunf ka powder
- 2 pinches star anise powder badiyan powder
- 2 pinches cloves powder laung ka powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds powder zeera powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder dhania powder
- 1 tbsp raw papaya paste or powder kachay papitay ka paste ya powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- few drops of kewra water
- 2 tbsp oil
