Make and store Green Chateny for use it later with your favorite snacks this Ramzan.
Blend together all the ingredients mentioned below in a blender until you get a thick paste. Freeze them in ice cube container and if you want to store them for longer period keep them back in the freezer in a zip lock bag. This way you can store them for 5 – 6 months.

Green Chatney
Ingredients
- ½ bunch fresh mint leaves (½ gadhi taza podinay k pattary)
- 4 – 5 green chilies
- 7 – 8 cloves garlic (lahsan k javay)
- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves (taza dhanya)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black salt
- ½ lemon juice
- water little bit (thora sa)
