- 1½ tsp ginger and garlic paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp meat tenderizer powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- Ground Masala (Ingredients listed below)
- ½ cup yogurt
- ½ cup oil or ghee as required
- 1 onion medium sized
- 1 to 2 cups water
Ground Masala Ingredients
- 4 to 5 round red chilies
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 10 black pepper corns
- ⅛ piece of nutmeg
- 1 mace blade
- 2 green cardamoms
- 2 cloves
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp gram flour
