  • 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
  • water as required
  • oil to be applied while preparing the dough and for deep frying
