Pulao Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
- 750 grams chieken
- 3 – 4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 5 – 6 black pepper corns
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 – 4 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 piece cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp home made biryani masala link given below
- 2 pinches nutmeg and mace powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅔ cup yogurt
- ½ cup oil
- 1 medium sized onion
- 5 – 6 dried plums
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 2 bowls water
- 500 grams rice (soak before use)
- salt to taste
- ⅛ tsp orange food color
- lemon slices
- mint leaves
- green chilies
- fried onion
- fresh coriander leaves
