Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp crushed red chili
- 2 tbsp refined flour
- ½ kg boneless fish fingers
- breadcrumbs fish fingers are coated with breadcrumbs to add crispy taste
- oil for deep frying
