Falooda Shake

  • 1/2 l milk
  • 200 g rabri
  • 3-4 tbsp condensed milk or to taste
  • 1 tbsp soaked basil seeds
  • boiled colored vermicelli to taste
  • 1/2 packet of red jelly
  • ice cubes as required


  • Add milk, rabri, condensed milk and soaked basil seeds in a blender. Blend them together well.
  • Add the colored vermicelli that you have already boiled for this recipe and blend for another few seconds. To make it more delightful add some jelly.
  • Falooda shake is ready. Serve it chilled by adding ice cubes.
