Crunchy Vegetable Cutlets
- 3 potatoes medium-sized (boiled)
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds crushed
- ½ tsp black pepper crushed
- ½ tsp coriander seeds crushed
- ¼ cup cabbage
- 1 onion small sized
- ¼ cup carrot grated
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- 1 – 2 tbsp peas boiled
- 1 – 2 green chilies Finely chopped
- 1 – 2 tbps spring onion or green garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- fresh lemon juice to taste
- ¼ cup flour (maida)
- ½ cup water or as required
- breadcrumbs as required
- oil for fyring
