Ingredients
  

  • 3 potatoes medium-sized (boiled)
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds crushed
  • ½ tsp black pepper crushed
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds crushed
  • ¼ cup cabbage
  • 1 onion small sized
  • ¼ cup carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp capsicum
  • 1 – 2 tbsp peas boiled
  • 1 – 2 green chilies Finely chopped
  • 1 – 2 tbps spring onion or green garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • fresh lemon juice to taste
  • ¼ cup flour (maida)
  • ½ cup water or as required
  • breadcrumbs as required
  • oil for fyring
