- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tbsp Split Bengal Gram (Roasted)

- 1 tbsp cashew nuts (kajoo)
- small piece tamarind (imli)
- 1 tbsp onion
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- ½ cup water or as required
- 1-2 tsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds (rai dana)
- 2 round red chilies
- 3-4 pieces curry leaves (curry patta)
