Shahi chicken Kofta Curry as the name suggests is an ingredient-rich recipe. Unlike my other kofta recipes, this curry uses shahi ingredients like almond, pistachio, and coconut powder. Chicken mince mixed with spices and dry fruits gives a royal feeling.
Jolting down a long list of ingredients may sound this recipe very difficult to make. However, when you follow the steps in the recipe video, it is not at all.
