Chicken Macaroni Sopup
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic (lahsan)
- 150 grams shredded boiled chicken
- 8-10 glasses chicken stock (chicken ki yakhni)
- ¼ cup boiled sweet corns (optional)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- black pepper powder to taste
- 2 tsp sugar or to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp homemade Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce or to taste
- 1 cup boiled macaroni
- 5-6 tbsp cornflour mixed in water
- spring onion
