  • 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • warm water as required
  • mozzarella cheese to taste
  • cheddar cheese to taste
  • some garlic powder optional
  • some oregano or chili flakes or parsley
  • egg yolk or butter
