Ingredients
Onion Paste
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds soaked
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 black cardamom
- ½ tsp black pepper corns
- 1 small sized onion fried
Ingredients to marinate the chicken
- 4 pieces chicken
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- ½ cup yogurt
- onion paste
- ⅛ tsp orange food color
- 1 pinch citric acid
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp mace & nutmeg powder جيفل اور جاوتري
- ½ tsp whole spice powder garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp meat tenderizer
